Event Terms and Conditions Effective Date: July 18, 2025

Welcome to Solasta!


  • Reservations Required – Seating is limited; advance reservations are required to secure a spot.


  • Non-Refundable Tickets – Due to event planning and catering costs (where applicable), tickets are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another guest if needed.


  • Dietary Restrictions (where applicable) – The menu is set and may contain common allergens (e.g., dairy, gluten, nuts). Please contact us in advance with any concerns, but substitutions cannot be guaranteed.


  • Arrival Time – Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Late arrivals may miss portions of the event, and we cannot extend the event beyond its scheduled end.


  • Photography & Social Media – Photos may be taken during the event for promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the staff upon arrival.


  • Inclusivity & Respect – Solasta is a welcoming space for people of all gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, races, body sizes, ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. We honor the full spectrum of human experience and ask all attendees to co-create an environment rooted in kindness, respect, and belonging for everyone.


  • Event Modifications – Solasta reserves the right to make minor changes to the event details if necessary. Any significant updates will be communicated in advance.
